Questions
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. TapOrder opens the message in whichever WhatsApp you already use. Normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business both work.
Does TapOrder send messages for me?
TapOrder writes the order and opens it in WhatsApp or email on your phone. You press send, so orders always come from you.
What if my staff share one phone or tablet?
That works. Each staff member picks their name and enters their own PIN.
Do you use my supplier contacts?
Never. Your supplier list belongs to you. We only use it to open your own orders, and we never contact your suppliers.
Can I use it outside Malaysia?
Yes. Pick your country during setup and local phone numbers are handled for you.
